This Privacy Policy governs the JoyMaxK! Color World mobile application (the “App”) for iOS, which is owned and operated by STYLE WONDER WORLD PTE. LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
We are committed to protecting privacy, especially because JoyMaxK! Color World is designed for children and families. This policy explains how information is handled within the App.
Overview
JoyMaxK! Color World is a children’s coloring application that allows users to select coloring pages, use coloring tools and colors, save completed or in-progress artwork in the App, and optionally export artwork to the device’s Photo Library.
The App does not require users to create an account or provide personal information.
Information Stored in the App
JoyMaxK! Color World may store the following information locally on the device:
- Coloring progress and brush strokes
- Saved artwork and Gallery items
- Selected colors and tools
- App preferences and settings
- Favorite or selected categories, if applicable
- Premium purchase entitlement status
This information is used only to provide App functionality, such as saving artwork, continuing a coloring page, displaying the Gallery, remembering settings, and determining access to premium content.
Saved Artwork and Gallery
Artwork created in JoyMaxK! Color World is stored within the App on the user’s device.
Saved Gallery artwork is not uploaded to our own servers.
Users may choose to continue editing saved artwork through the Gallery.
Saving to Photos
JoyMaxK! Color World allows users to save finished artwork to the device’s Photo Library.
Artwork is saved to Photos only when the user explicitly chooses Save to Photos.
The App does not automatically upload artwork to external services.
Access to the Photo Library is managed using Apple’s system permissions.
Device Backups
Depending on the device’s Apple backup settings, locally stored App data may be included in an iCloud or device backup.
This may include saved artwork, coloring progress, App preferences, and other locally stored App data.
We do not control Apple’s backup services. Apple’s handling of backup data is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.
Premium Purchases and Subscriptions
JoyMaxK! Color World may offer:
- Lifetime Access as a one-time purchase
- Monthly Access as an auto-renewable subscription
- A 3-day free introductory trial for eligible new Monthly subscribers
Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit.
The App checks App Store entitlement information to determine whether premium features are active.
We do not collect or store payment card information.
Payment processing, billing, subscription management, cancellations, refunds, and free-trial administration are handled by Apple.
Analytics and Advertising
JoyMaxK! Color World does not currently use:
- Third-party advertising SDKs
- Behavioral advertising
- Cross-app tracking
- Third-party analytics SDKs
- Advertising identifiers for tracking users
The App does not display third-party advertising.
If analytics, advertising measurement, or similar technology is added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as required.
Information We Do Not Collect
JoyMaxK! Color World does not currently collect:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Account login credentials
- Precise location information
- Contact lists
- Payment card information
- Advertising identifiers
- Personal information for sale
- Personal information for targeted advertising
- Children’s artwork on our own servers
Children’s Privacy
JoyMaxK! Color World is designed for children and families.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App does not require children to:
- create an account
- provide a name or email address
- communicate with other users
- participate in public chat or social networking
- share personal information publicly
The App does not include third-party behavioral advertising or tracking designed to profile children.
Parents or guardians are responsible for approving purchases through Apple’s purchase and parental-control systems.
Third-Party Services
JoyMaxK! Color World uses Apple services for functions such as:
- App distribution
- In-app purchases and subscriptions
- Purchase restoration
- Photo Library access
- Device backups where enabled by the user
We may receive aggregated App performance, download, sales, and subscription information from Apple through App Store Connect.
This information is provided by Apple and is not based on tracking technologies added by us inside the App.
Use of Apple services is subject to Apple’s own privacy policy and terms.
Data Retention
Because JoyMaxK! Color World does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information on our servers, we generally do not retain personal user data.
Locally stored artwork and App data remain on the device until deleted by the user, removed through App functionality, or removed when the App itself is deleted, subject to device backup behavior.
Data Security
JoyMaxK! Color World is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection.
Where Apple services are used, data is handled according to Apple’s security and privacy practices.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
